Melt the Cheese In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
Mix the Dry Ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the Mixtures Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until partially blended.
