Preparation

Add the eggs and continue mixing. You may need to knead the dough with your hands to fully incorporate everything.
Form the Buns Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun.
Bake Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm on top.
Serve Let cool slightly and enjoy warm. Perfect with butter or as a sandwich bun substitute.
